The Cascade Brewery is situated on the fringe of Hobart, below Mt Wellington and is surrounded by beautiful gardens and views of the mountain. It also has an excellent restaurant, which offers reasonably priced meals. All this, together with some great beers, made it an interesting and enjoyable afternoon.
