After completing the airwalk, it was time to get back to 'terra firma' and take a stroll through the forest. There were a variety walks to do (we did them all) that past by old Huon Pines which were located on the river banks and many enormous Stringy Bark gum trees. The walks also crossed over the Picton and Huon Rivers via swinging bridges that were suspended from the river banks. This part of the walk did not appeal to Rani at all.
