CSIRO Radio Telsecope & Fields of Canola

We decided to take a drive up to Parkes to see the CSIRO Radio Telsecope. Quite an amazing structure that can see into the void of space and beyond. What was also amazing was the size of the fields of Canola. As far as the eye could see.

McFeeters Motor Museum, Forbes, NSW

The McFeeters Motor Museum is a must for those who are interested in vintage and classic cars. Many old and modern cars (late 80s era) to see.

Murray River, Cobram, Vic

While on our way to Tocumwal, NSW, we took a short drive to Cobram to have a look at the surrounding area, in particular, to take a walk along the Murray River near Cobram. We were surprised to see that the water level was still very low, which was quite strange given the time of the year.

The Big Strawberry, Koonoomoo, Vic

We couldn't resist stopping at the Big Strawberry, Koonoomoo for a strawberry tart and latte.

On the road again

After a longer than planned break in Melbourne, Rani, me and the dogs are finally back on the road again...bound for Cape York.
