Twin Falls is located in the Kakadu National Park and is one of the best known attractions in the Park. Twin Falls is located around 126kms south of Jabiru. To get to the falls, the last 10ks require you to travel along a very narrow track over some sandy patches with deep ruts. There are also some creek crossings to contend with as well, so a high clearance four wheel drive is the best vehicle to have. You will also have to cross the deep Jim Jim Creek. Once there, you will be greeted with crystal clear water and breath-taking views of towering escarpments, and of course, the falls. Unfortunately you are not allowed to swim in because of crocodiles.
